It’s “a tradition unlike any other.” It’s Amen Corner. And the Green Jacket. It’s The Masters, the unofficial start of the golf season, no what kind of weather we’re experiencing here in Minnesota, more than 1,200 miles north of Augusta National.
But after a mild winter here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, Minnesota golfers have some extra reason to be excited about the start of the season. You have to like the way Adam Scott has been playing and more importantly putting. With the Match Play ending this past weekend, you have to think that Jason Day has a great shot at winning his first Green Jacket.
