Edinburgh USA is a great public golf course designed and created by Robert Trent Jones II and operated by the Brooklyn Park Recreation and Parks Department. It is a Scottish design with nearly 70 bunkers and 12 acres of water featuring an island fairway, a peninsula green, and one of the world’s largest putting surfaces. The 40,000 square foot triple green combines holes 9 and 18, and the practice green.
Many unique elements of this course – the winding lakes, undulating greens, beautifully manicured bentgrass fairways, the eye-catching “island hole” and mind-boggling triple green – have all helped Edinburgh USA in earning the reputation as one of the finest golf courses around!
- Golf Digest as one of “America’s Top 75 Affordable Courses”
- Golf Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Courses You Can Play in the U.S.”
- Edinburgh USA has also hosted seven LPGA Tour events, and the 1992 U.S.G.A. Public Links Championship.
